I'm still confused on how this relates to "taking advantage" of Hitler's birthday?

But then people who smoke ahem..

The police term 420 in progress (person smoking illegal substance) relates to the 420c cult..

The number 420 (pronounced four-twenty) relates to the consumption of cannabis and elements of its associated culture. Marijuana users gather on April 20 every year to celebrate and consume marijuana.

i have a friend, whose birthday is also today, that reminds me of his misfortunately shared day every year, so it's the first thing that comes to mind.
