prepstudinsc: I vote for every 50,000th post....then the flashing lights can go off, balloons fall from the ceiling, confetti floats through the air, etc....like the 1 millionth customer at a grocery store.

How about a free trip to Disney's newest attraction?

"It's an LPSG world after all, it's an LPSG world after all...." :D

7x6andchg: Or an-all-expenses paid trip to Ypsilanti, Michigan...home of this:

I will volunteer to host, as I went to school there (at Eastern Michigan University) for 2 and a half years.

Thursdays are quarter beer night at TheoDoor's. :D

7x6andchg: Well I'm sure someone on here with more artistic skills than I could doctor the picture....that would make for a nice logo - although the fine folks of the City of Ypsilanti might have a thing or two to say about it. :D

aussiechick63: Most of the posts are written by the same regular posters all the time. It is such a shame some of the other members (pardon the pun) don't contribute on a regular basis and let us all get to know who they are.
I think the people that I have got to know in here are a great bunch of people, always there with an ear or a joke. Its just a great place to come into.
Oohh am I getting mushy??

Not at all. I think most of us would agree with you, and I have yet to figure out why this is the case. I know we have a ridiculously high number of registered accounts with zero postings. I suppose I respect the right of people to read through the forums to get what info they need and move on. I can also see how some people would feel a bit intimidated by the "power players" on the board; what with thousands of posts (not to mention that whole "We covered that already!" thing), it's tough to compete, let alone feel like something hasn't already been said.

Oh well, in any case, I know I love to hear from the new blood and I'm not afraid to show it.

I'd take you up on that Paul, but I am still trying to find the time to scan your caricature! Man, I am so busy!

On top of that, I can't see the picture currently. But for a potential LPSG logo, I'd give it a shot. ;)

Collateral :
Ypsilanti, Michigan !?!?! Whooaah ! Ypsilanti (Hypsillantis-Komnênos) is a Greeko-Roumanian princely family !

40,000 ? Great ! We'll celebrate the 100,000th by a big, big, really big LPSG party !
