Sort of, yes. Just before the first lockdown in 2020 I was 250lbs myself and dropped to 175 (back up to 190 now) between then and December 2020. Being healthier in general with exercise and a good diet won't actually get your penis any bigger than it already is, but my erections are a lot better quality these days which makes it feel like it's bigger.
