5 inch slow gainer wants to double to 10 inch

Anyone can advise how a hard gainer can grow to horse size.
Time constraints no problem.

Any coments welcome.

Err, you can't... You may be able to make very very slight gains over a long period, but there is no way you can get it that big!

Expect 1.5-2" at most. Going from 5" to 10" simply is impossible.

There's a guy known as Bib or Bigger on PEforum and Thunder's Place who gained 4.5" in length from hanging over several years. He spent many hours per day doing this and hung some very heavy weights.

So contrary to what the other posters say, it isn't impossible, however it requires lots of research, special equipment, privacy, time and motivation.

By the way, it might be a good idea to take a 2-3 month deconditioning break if you have been doing PE recently before starting something new.

arent those weener exercises dangerous?? just keep what u got man... if ur unhappy with it, ull be really unhappy when it wont get hard cuz u effed up and did one of those exercises wrong for too long.
