Start cardio-training, so you will develop a better condition and you fat will burned away. The best way these days in to register in a gym where they can guide you. At the mean time you can work on your muscles there too. But sports like cycling, stepping, running, rowing, judo, jiu-jutsi will loose you the most fat, more fat get burned then.
also watch out with what you eat!
Good luck!

You don'rt appear to have ANY fat to get rid of.....

Damn you are right! He is skinny!

Well when you want more muscles you have to eat food with proteïn in like dark meat, eggwhite, peanuts, ... and then do some weightlifting focused on your abs. And then you will see u get result, but watch out, if you stop, the muscles will turn in to fat. See Arnold Swarzenegger for example or Silvester Stallone.

Muscles don't turn into fat. It's physically impossible. If you stop being active and eat too much, the muscles will atrophy and you will start adding fat.

Abs are built in the kitchen.

Never heard that before, but good quote.

It's totally true, you want to get on some kind of low carb, high protein diet. Just changing the small things such as ordering the wrap instead of the begal and you'll start to notice it.

Also WATER is your best friend. A lot of water weight collects in the mid-section. We have this so if for some reason say we're... stuck on an island, our body can use our storage water. But if you drink lots of water not only will it help nutrients such as protein reach your body more easily, but it will trick your body into thinking you don't need as much stored water.

There is no fat to lose on your abdomen.

If all you want to work on is your abs you don't really need gym equipment. Though being guided throught he exercises by a trainer to begin with would be a good idea. Is there not a gym at your college?
