I'd get a root canal before I dealt with these shysters. OK so it's First Premier the infamous $300 limit card that has $256 in fees right off the bat. Seriously something is wrong when a bank can set an APR of that. How much are loan sharks charging now a days?
I seriously wonder how many people received this offer. It seems as if it was a select mailing to certain cardholders. So they are subprime, doesn't mean you should financially rape someone.
So much for that Bible verse against usury.
