Hi there, i know the average penis is somewhere around 6". But im jsut wondering how many people are are say my size? (1 in however many?) is the size widely spread or is 6" the vast majority?

If you want to know something about the statistics of penis size, look up any of the numerous threads on the subject (on this forum and on "Sex with a Large Penis"), some of which include links to reports on surveys and what-not. If you are taking a survey of LPSG members, that is not going to tell you anything at all about average penis size.

That said, here are my answers to your questions: The average length seems to be well below 6" -- something more like 5.5", maybe even lower. (The Kinsey report which gave a figure of 6 and something relied on self-reported measurements and therefore was not sound.) Only a few percent -- I don't know how many; maybe even less than 1% -- have a length of 8.25" or more.

I think there are a number of studies or reports that put 8" or more at 3 out of 100. If you give me an modest internet improvement of less than a 1/4", I am pretty much 8 inches. I've only had one of 50 or so women tell me they had been with someone bigger. For a good share of them, I was a lot bigger than any other partner. From this fairly modest sample, the 3-5% estimate in this range might be about right.

I'm pretty sure, according to properly conducted surveys, that the average is in the area of 5.5. Average meaning the majority. After reading all kinds of surveys it appears that 1% of mean have penises that are 8 inches or above. So out of every 100 men there is, more than likely, one guy with a penis 8 inches or above.

So i would say, yea, 8 inches is more or less a rarity.

Definitely agree ampblaster. If the guys that claim the double digits looked at a ruler before they post there might be a more realistic assessment of their stats.
Measuring in at 7" x 5.5" I havent posted a picture cause I dont think there is anything special however compared with some of the galleries there would seem to be quite a few guys that look smaller but sure measure differently.
Yeah there are some heavy hangers but there arent a lot. Probably the 3 in a hundred is about right to cover maybe just under 8 to 8 and above.

To be as conservative as possible, I'm 6". To be generous, I'm 6 1/2". I'm really somewhere in between. Yours might be girthier than mine though, I wouldn't know.

I'm 6'1 though so this looks pretty average on my body (or a bit small in my opinion, at least). I've recieved compliments but more for the shape than size, as it just looks "regular" on me. When I look down however, I see a small penis. If I look in the mirror though it looks "OK". I'm pretty indecisive about this anyway, unfortunately.

I, having an 8x6.25 inch cut penis, have never been dissapointed with my size, nor have any of my partners, male or female. I usually get a "Wow!" or a "Holy shit!" I guess this means I am part of the 1%. I enjoy my size, and so do my partners. I have met only one man who was bigger than me, about 9 inches, and that was the only time I ever felt inferior. Be proud of what you have, no matter what the size. Size is not only a physical measurement, but a mental attitude. If you're a true 8.25" (along the top, not bone-pressed) then yes, you are huge. One out of every 2 or 3 hundred men is your size. You are more than 3 standard deviations above the mean. Larger ones do exist but are even more rare. Most women will never experience anyone your size, let alone bigger. Hopefully you also have other things on which to base your self-confidence, but if being a hung dude gives you a boost there, go for it.
