no, because red hair percentage includes all men. where as only males above a certain age would qualify for the penis percentage.

It is not a valid comparison though is it. large penises are broadly speaking evenly distributed throughout all populations - so in the UK and US you would expect 1% of men to have an eight inch cock.

Red headed men are not evenly distributed as the majority are of Irish or Scottish decent. Hence 4% of men in UK and USA have red hair.
