The reason i asked was if a 9 inch penis correlates to .05 or 1 in 20000 that would make it as rare as being born albino. talk about RARE

I know I am responding to an old post, but 1 in 20,000. I can't find any real numbers, but I would say it is more like 1 in 2,000,000 for Albinos. As for a real 9 inch penis, actually measured correctly, 1 in 500,000 seems more logical to me.

Not really. I was born and raised in the Southeast Asia, and saw at least five guys with 8" dicks. I didn't know the stereotype that Asians have small penises until I came to the U.S.
