I don`t know if i`d be able to feel the difference. My boyfriend is between the two sizes you mentioned, prior to that i`d not had anywhere near that big.
What I do know is that smaller ones are a lot less hassle.

Well for some 11 would be just too big - others would rather have the biggest they can. Its all about personal preference and physical constraints!
