Currently, I'd say 7.8 x 6, which is currently short of your target size of 9 x 6.
There may be a few.
The polite thing to do would be to ask them first.
Those are my measurements. Personally, if I were you, and considering the downsides of PE, I'd stick with 7.8. That's already very big, and closer to what most women consider ideal anyway.
The downsides of being large or PE? Both have been covered in exhaustive detail on these boards. In brief.. being bigger than what women consider ideal leads to the possibility of causing physical discomfort to your partners, encountering people who will be afraid to have sex with you, difficulty with oral and anal sex, and so on. There are other issues to... clothing, self-worth issues, et cetera.
As for PE, depends on what exactly you are doing. There's a possibility of damaging you penis, of reducing sensitivity, of ending up with something that looks bloated, distended and unnatural if you pump, of poisoning yourself if you use silicon injections, and other side effects if you use drugs.
Search the boards for these topics and you'll find plenty.
You could damage yourself with PE. And it takes ages to see gains.
Also, I heard that the penis CANNOT be made bigger by stretching exercises (not pumping, which is a vacuum and a bit different). Something to do with the anatomy.
Anyway, 7.8 is decent especially the girth will make people sore. In my limited experience. 8" is the maximum length of a vagina. But everyone is different. At 7.8 you will hit the cervix quite often.
If I were you I'd stay at 7.8 then you can still get it all inside.

Yes, I've been refused before. That's rare, but it happens. More common, though, is when mid-coitus she'll make you stop because you are so big that you are hurting her.
By self-worth I meant that if you achieve your goal of having a super-huge dick then you may find people start thinking of you in terms of this and after a while you may start wondering if anyone likes you for reasons other than your penis. I don't really go bragging about my dick anywhere besides here but I can relate to other guys saying things like this because I get the same kind of superficial attention because of the car I drive: a '99 Viper RT/10. It's easy to make friends and meet people with that car, though obviously many of the people I meet like this are going to have little to no interest in me as a person. I'm okay with that though... disposable friends have their uses, too.
um... I don't know. Does she look at least as good as a $500/hour prostitute? Because I've had the $500 offered to me before and turned it down.

I second Denise's comment. You are quite thick already, and additional length will probably not make sex any better for your or your partners.
