    Bad practice, but it's not as if the 9/11 anthrax attacks were caused by that...

    OH SNAP!

    The US army should really stop creating biological weapons with such poor handling conditions! I work at a commercial lab and get flamed for not labelling the paperwork with stickers, let alone the samples.
