Searched the site for threads with 99% in the title and I was shocked at the bashing that 99% straight guys get......that's it's not possible if you suck cock, etc.

I am 99% as I am attracted to women. I walk down the street every day and my head snaps trying to get a better look at a great ass or a beautiful woman. Also, I am attracted to them emotionally. I can't say that I have ever been spellbound by an attractive guy. Everyone on the planet recognizes a good looking man or woman when they see one, that's different. I'm talking attraction. I do love to sneak looks at swinging cocks in the locker room and I have sucked cocks and masturbated with men. I am a bisexual (as I define it) in the sense that I will share sexual experience with both men and women as it is a joyful experience. I will always help a bro out if asked, fist bump, move on. Less strings attached and both of us get that needed, gnawing release that we constantly seek. I have great friends who are 50%ers and some that are flat out gay. We are all on the spectrum somewhere, hard to believe some take offense to our designation....same ones that deny that bisexuality is real I guess.

Anyone view the 99% or the 80+% designation differently?

Prefer your type. Not in it for relationship, but you have to make out. The wife's not invited. Not into threesome s. In the end, to each his own.

No one knows their blood pressure until tested.

No one knows their blood sugar until tested.

No one knows their preference(s) until tested.

In my experience people don't know who or what they are--not entirely. Many who do are in the closet about it. I am. I've never been openly bi with anyone except a few who worked it out and had the temerity to ask... and with whom I replied in the affirmative.

When I first joined LPSG I listed my preference as 90/10 straight/gay based on sex dreams which I cannot control. Later I changed it to 70/30 based on actual partners. Both are based on something I can quantify.

But can it? Can sexual preference be quantified? Measured? Are the numbers even important? If I count the number of times I've had sex it's more like 98/2.

University lab studies in the 80s & 90s showed 90-92% of us have some sexual physiological response to both sexes. Those numbers haven't changed much since.

IMO all this hand-wringing about whether one is straight or gay or bi and by how much is a waste of time.

My identity is not based on my sexuality.:)

I always determined the percentage was based on how far you are willing to go with another guy. Amd once it gets down to 50 percent its in the "relationship/romantic feelings department". Ive found my own ratio to have fluctuated. Lust and attraction is bizarre and confusing.... Its hardly reliable. I have absolutely been in the situation where once weve both gotten off theres literally no desire involved around each other at all. Its like a assisted masturbation, getting carried away in between. Maybe sexual energy likes being carried away?

personally im 60/40 as im only sexually attracted to men but i am romantically&sexually attracted to women. I also would say i'm bisexual and the preferential spectrum of sexuality is a very wide range and is highly subjective!
know one has the right to tell you that you are or are not something that you identify as... regardless of the "%" or ratio or what ever the label is.. as long as you are happy/safe it doesn't matter.
The people saying otherwise are most likely jealous that you have the balls to share how you view your world and life!

My rubric is pretty straightforward: How willing am I to have sex with the gender in question and how willing am I to be in a romantic relationship with the gender in question.

I can have sex and can be in a romantic relationship with women; I can only have sex with men.
