A bit more ball hang wanted

I have read a lot of the posts on ball stretching, but without getting the weights and the metal collars I was wondering whether the more simple methods actually work.

When hot my balls have a decent hang, but I am after a bit more drop, but nothing too low.

I am wearing at present a ring of elastic, 1.5 inches thick.
It is quite tight around my sac with the testicles beneath the elastic.

If I wear this for a long periods will the skin stretch or will it just revert back to what it was?

Any answers appreciated

Simply repeatedly stretching the scrotum will give you lower hangers. Be advised that as you age your scrotum stretches too, so doing lots of scrotal stretching now can result in some very low hangers later.
