First and maybe last post, but I have something worth saying.

I am now 21. Between the ages of 16 and 20 I would occasionally practice the jelqing form of PE. I don't know if it was the PEing or just natural growth, but I've ended up with a pretty decent cock (or so I keep telling myself) at 7 3/4 by 6 at the thickest (up from 7 by 5). Tragically I couldn't use it properly.

The first thing that worked for me was extra strength Gynkgo (check the spelling) from a little chinese medicine shop. I could get pretty hard again so long as I took that shit daily. Unfortunately it gave me the mother of all headaches (it dilates blood vessals in the brain as well as in the cock, and after some soul searching I actually chose my head over my cock).

The good shit for me has been L-arginine and some intense Kegels. I take 1500 grammes of arginine and 500 grammes of ornitine a day. I religiously do at least 20 minutes of kegels a day too. I find doing them in a muslim prayer-like position isolates the relevant muscles best (not just for the pun, I promise), and I generally just do one long hold for the 20 minutes, or until I cant hold any longer; I then start again and finish the 20 at least. This isn't so bad as I can also read/watch tv in this position).

About a month later and my cock is getting back on form and looking pretty good, as is the ladies front.

Happily ever after, I hope...

I only heard about arginine on this site, so I'm only emphasising the good news. Hope it can be of use to some of you dudes.

That's very cool. Most considerate to share your experience.

Agree that you have to be very careful with PE. It's easy to screw-up if you deviate at all and sometimes even if you don't.

L-argenine's interesting stuff and I'm taking now as well. Kegels are fantastic for anybody, male or female.

Most of the time damage done by jelqing or pumping will fix itself by stopping those procedures. Also cholesterol can make firm erections a hard thing (pardon the pun) to acheive. It's not always physical either. Can be something as simple as depression (not saying depression is a simple matter) but easy to diagnose. Glad you are getting it all back and thanks for the warning. Actually jelquing didn hurt your cock but expanded your tunica so that your cock would need more blood to be fully filled so don't blame it but thank it a lot for giving you that great size! by doing kegels and taking arginine you simply supplied it with the rigth amount of blood needed.. Actually what most PErs don't understand is that it takes a new level of blood flowing to supply the new volume of the cock... Some supplements and kegels are the right way ;)

P.S. I also found myself that doing a long lasting single kegel flex is better than doing lots of shorter reps so kudos to you for finding it yourself ;)
