News story about a cat who drank anti-freeze , and was found in a very bad state . . Said cat arrived at the vet's near death . The vet decides to dose the unfortunate puss on vodka . According to the vet , the cat was totally out of it , though getting extra fluids to offset an almost certain hangover . The next day , the cat was fine . That story put a smile on my face .
