You know QI I never worry about who or what anyone is. All I care about is how they treat me and other people. Forget the labels and be who you want to be.

Your gallery pictures are first class.

I think you're gonna be a hit on this board. Have fun and enjoy yourself here.
I spend far too much time taking pics of myself.

Oh, sure. That just seemed about the right amount of un-feminine. I'm not a really hard case - I don't speak only in grunts, or urinate on the furniture to mark my territory, or wear engineer boots in the shower, or anything übermacho like that.
However stupidly macho wearing boots in the shower may be, you have to admit that it takes balls to intentionally give yourself jungle rot.

Well, at the risk of me sounding like an idiot, why don't you put your gender in your profile, as well as a quick blurb about your feelings etc.

It would save you all that awkward explaining.

Welcome to the site, btw.
The only gender option I would be satisfied with would be

Gender: I have a penis

What are your views on transgender people? Do you know any?

I don't think I have a view of them as a whole; it would all depend on the person and how I got along with them (if at all). To that end, yes, I know one transgender person and I like them very much!

No, I have not. I did often wrap myself up in a bed sheet, so that might've been misconstrued for a dress/skirt. Eh.

Well, that's because very many people are fuckin' stupid. No surprise there.

Nope.

My take? If you are yourself, and you aren;t putting on any kind of act, but are just being YOU< then I would accept you as you are---I would want to know what kind of PERSON you are, to get to know the WHOLE person. If you are putting on an act, I would likely ignore you, because you are just trying to stroke your own ego. I'm not saying YOU are, just that I have known both kinds of groupl in my life. As far as your sexual desires, unless we connected, and there was a mutual attraction, then who you wanted, male, female, whatever, wouldn;t really matter to me. As I told someone once, who was going on and on about some hottie, I said "Frankly, it doesn;t really matter to me---I acknowledge they are hot, yes--but since I'M not getting in their pants, it really doesn;t matter that much to me." By the way, you make a lovely lady. Also, I noticed some commented assuming you are transgendered. I didn;t hear you say that about yourself, only that you are a transexual. People really need to learn the terms.... I hope you find what you are looking for, and fid who is right for you, whoever they may be. Good luck!

QI said he was a "crossdresser" (OP, paragraph 2), asked a question about views of "transgendered people" (ibid, paragraph 4), followed by a statement about perceptions of "transvestites" (ibid, paragraph 5), and finished with a query in which the object, "this," was somewhat cryptic. I missed the claim that OI is "transexual."

Speaking of which, I'm old enough to remember when "transgendered" and "transsexual" were synonyms. If that's changed, I'd like to know about it. It's never too late to improve one's vocabulary. But I'll stick with the classical spelling, with a double "s".

I don't see proper parenthetical citation, mister.

My views? You make a better looking woman than me which pisses me off

No really, its fine what were you are and choose to be but just be proud and be honest about it. I have no idea how things are for you in the real world but i find here if you are honest most people are accepting.

Ilike hearing about people experiences and psychologies of why they do or think what they do..so being different and divese it something i cherish.

And out of curiosity, do you one day want to become female through surgery or are you happy to just dress as a woman and keep the genetaila of a man?

I don't want any surgery. I still retain somewhat of a male identity - I'm constantly going back and forth (I'm also bi, which complicates things for me).

Where your parents supportive of your decisions... I always think of what my parents would think.... probably because I still live at home, and my life is like a hidden agenda to them....

Kay, people. It's usually fun for me to lead people on in forums and such, but I sense that that wouldn't fly so well over here.

I ain't no female. I'm a 19 year old male crossdresser. People usually get really mad when I let them believe that I'm female, then they deny that I'm male. I am, really. I've got a penis (not tiny but average at that).

So that's that. I probably should have posted this in the new members section, but I just posted a thread recently there. Plus, I want to discuss it.

What are your views on transgender people? Do you know any? Have you ever dressed up in the clothes of another sex, even if it was just as a kid?

People seem to associate transvestites with freaks. For instance, I've been labeled a transvestic fetishist because I like to wear little girl outfits (for your reference, I do not wear them for sexual arousal).

Do you agree with this?

I consider myself genderqueer; i'm active in a trans rights group at my school which includes several trans men, and one of my first good friends in college is mtf. I don't apply gender labels to myself, so i tend to just wear whatever suits me that day... be it slacks and dress pants, or a skirt and t-shirt.

I think that people should feel free to dress however they're comfortable dressing-- wish more would, actually. What disturbs people (or what they lable a 'fetish') is the unfamiliar... make something familiar, and maybe it won't be such a big deal.

I also think you look absolutely gorgeous, even though i'm a cheapskate and can only see the thumbnails : )

Well, you basically the share the same ideal as a lot of young people, but what are your actual sexual preferences?

I usually say pansexual or bisexual. I've been attracted to people of just about all gender identities, sexes, and sexualities (except straight men, for some odd reason).
