I"m probably going to start a new job soon, assuming I get an offer, which I'm thinking I will, and they meet my salary requirements. The woman I'll be working for is very attractive. And she has an attractive voice. We'll be working together very closely. I'll be her executive assistant (not clerical work, she has an executive secretary already).

At the interview she already told me that we'd be traveling together to meetings (mostly all day trips but some overnights).

Her physical attractiveness, plus the fact that she's my age, plus the fact that she's a well connected professional woman who could really help my career, make it all a little bit uncomfortable for me, a happily married man. (she's also married). I despise the term MILF, but, there it is.

My wife is pressing me to take the job if I'm offered.

Just want to get this off my chest.

Take the job. Don't mess around. You'll get over her being hot.

If that's so, why is this even a potential issue?

Happily married men can still lust after other women.

But this is a blatant pseudo-problem?

Stay professional if you get the opportunity at hand. One doesn't know if work/a job will be available.
    Good luck.
    Congrats ahead of time...

Thanks, but I'm leaning away from taking it. It might be fun for a while to be "glorified arm candy" as one person described it, but that's probably not where my career should be headed.

On the other hand, the reason I'm getting into the job market is I'm facing unemployment for the second time in less than a year.
