A question on male kegel exercises

    Hello everybody:

    Today I began in earnest my new program in doing the Kegel Exercises.

    I think I discovered my PC muscle. But when I do the Kegel Exercises not only do I feel the muscles of my anus contracting but also those near my scrotum and even my prostate. Can someone tell me if I am doing the exercises correctly?

    There is a lot of discussion on them. Do as many in a row as you can, holding them 4 or 5 seconds, then another etc. Will give you a lot of erection strength. I like to make my schlong bounce. I have done up to 100 at a time. You are very fatigued at that point!

    A few seconds. But I try to vary the length of the clutch: I do them as a flutter, a few seconds for each clutch, building up to 15 seconds, 30 seconds, etc.

    Hi guys,

    I have begun on LPSG a blog entitled: My kegeling blog. Check it out.

    But I have two questions for you all:

    (1) Do the Kegels exercise your prostate?

    (2) Is it possible for one to ooze or drip precum while doing the Kegels?

    1. No. The prostate is primarily a gland and while there are muscle fibers in the structure of the prostate I don't think you can consciously control them.

    2. Yes. It happens to me sometimes. I think the clenching stimulates the cowpers gland which then releases precum.
