We had a tragic thing happen at our home. Our roommate Ray passed away. He was a very quite gentle man. Always kept to himself. Sort of a reclous type of person. He would stay in his room for days without ever leaving. He was a renter and nothing more, that is how he wanted it..He was 56 yrs old.
The last time I saw him was 6-3-20 when he paid his rent. He worked on the weekend but his car had not been moved. He was usually gone to work by the time I got home from work on Saturday. I got a feeling that something was wrong. I eventually texted him on 6-7-20 to see if he was ok... It would usually take several hours time before he would reply, no returned text. I finally went up stairs to see if he was even home. That is when I found him laying sideways legs hanging off the bed ...We called 911... It was horrible. 5 Police cars , the whole Fire Dept and Coroner. We were questioned together and then separately. It's just how they do things. Once the coroner did her examination she ruled it natural causes. Seeing them bring Ray down in a body bag was the worse thing I have witnessed, beside finding him.. It was so very sad knowing he had died alone. We are trying to find family, but have had no luck.... May he Rest in Peace.
