20th Century Fox Execs. didn't like the idea of a naked Wookie during the production
of the first Star Wars film, and insisted that Chewbacca wear shorts. :wacko:

After seeing the costume test footage featuring the shorts, they relented. Unfortunatly,
the test footage no longer exists, but it would be fun to see!
