You're a surgeon and two men are brought into your operating room. The two men were involved in a head on collision caused by one of the drivers operating their vehicle while under the influence. They will both survive, however there is massive damage to both of their penises.

The victim, the driver who was not drunk, will completely lose his penis. The drunk driver on the other hand has a 50/50 chance of keeping his penis. As a surgeon you know of a technique to transplant the drunk driver's penis onto his victim. For a surgeon of your skill the operation will be simple and if done the drunk driver's penis will survive on a new body and the victim will get to retain his ability to function sexually. The drunk driver on the other hand will have to live without a penis.

Do you proceed with the transplant or do you let fate decide? Keep in mind, that no matter which option you choose at least one of them will have to live without a penis, but if you don't do the transplant both men might be forced to live without a penis.

What do you do?

Oh, and in case you're wondering, the drunk driver has a very large, 9" monster cock.

Hi Wally - everything I know about surgery I learnt from the Rocky Horror Picture Show, basically the goal for all creative surgeons is to make a perfect man so regardless of the cost this must be the goal.

I can only wonder and marvel at what life experiences have led your brain to invent these scenarios ... but I suppose its part of the rich tapestry.

Anyway basically we want the best face, the best body and the best cock on one man. Feed the rest to the dogs.

Performing surgery, unless it is for a life saving reason may not be ethical or legal. Consent of some kind from the patient; or someone actinging on the persons good interests is probably needed

In the rel world, the only winner will be the small penised lawyers, who will sue for the accident, sue the place the intoxicated driver got his alcohol from, sue the Surgeon and the Hospital .

PS: as penis transplant science exists, the looser of a 3rd member could petition to be put on a transplant, waiting list

I'll play along as a surgeon, who has sworn to do no harm as a part of the Hippocratic oath, you leave their groins alone aside from sealing and cleaning the wounds.

I see that once again my group of haters have had a thought provoking thread moved to a place where it is less likely to be seen.

We aren't talking about a mere arm or leg here. We're talking about a penis. The single most important of a man's anatomy. Without a dick what kind of life would any man have? Not much of one, IMO.

No court in the world would convict our hypothetical surgeon of anything.

But, just to get us back on topic, let's say that for the sake of this scenario there are laws protecting surgeons who make these kinds of decisions.

But aren't you harming them both by NOT taking action? The drunk driver will potentially lose his dick and his big dick will be gone forever. The victim will definitely be dickless for the rest of his life. At least if you make the transplant the drunk driver's big dick will for sure survive.

Also, what about the moral implications of the victim losing his masculinity and manhood die to the actions of another? Shouldn't there be some of restitution? Wouldn't this count as such?

Here's the flaw in the scenario: there are plenty of accident victims from whom to obtain a penis if transplants were possible, which they aren't. The connective tissue to too complex.
