Generally, it seems men desire to own a large penis. The one's that have it are proud and it shows (no pun intended). The one's that don't (or just aren't satisfied) wish they had a larger one, they even try exercises to increase the size. And then there are those who are just happy with whatever they got....

So my question is... What is the equivalent feature that women wish they have? Is it big boobs? That smashing beach body? Long hair? Perfect skin? Hair-free legs?

I dunno if an equivalent area of concern exists for women that matches some men's obsession with penis size and/or standing in the penis pantheon.

Maybe reproduction for some women. But stuff like hair, six-pack abs, clear skin? Not even close, not by a country mile.

Hmmmm, hair that never tangles and always falls into place instead of doing it's own thing. I think over all I'm pretty happy just the way I am.

Petite, rump building stuff:

Use the press machine at the gym. Trust me, it works. I've worked up to 170 on the press and I can see a difference in my butt. Also, do squats and lunges. A lot of them. If you have a bar use it on your shoulders and do squats/ lunges at home with weights to really build those muscles. Especially bottom half moves. The key is to do so many your legs are on fire. You can build larger muscles in that area to give your butt that bubble look. I take body pump classes, but if you can't go to the gym look up Les Mills Body Pump and try a dvd.

Oh, I do all of that and it's helped, but I think I might be at a bit of a genetic disadvantage.

I've been using some of Bret Contreras research on muscle activation and I'm working up to doing Cathe's Butts and Guts, which a lot of women say is the toughest butt workout on video. I haven't tried it yet, but the reviews are impressive. Triathletes say that it kicked their asses. I'm a little scared of it.:redface::tongue:

I've got Butts and Guts :) Cathe is most awesome, but I personally do better in classes! Pilates is the best core work out I've ever had. It's the only thing that works my abs so hard that I can feel the muscles the next day with every breath. My body pump instructor kicks my rump three times a week. Squat jumps are like my own personal level of exercise hell and he loves to get in our faces and yell, higher! higher! JUMP HIGHER!!!

Believe me, my Mom has the flattest butt ever, my Dad is Mr. No Butt, me, I have BUTT! However, I'm also bigger all over than you are Mrs. Petite:biggrin1: You're lovely slender.

An hourglass figure. I'm an apple and I hate it. I wouldn't care how fat I were if I had an hourglass figure. Lol.

Hey, I bet you can get that hour glass body :)

I have flat butt and I cannot lie! Roundy tummy! Please genetics to reverse?

No matter how much I hit the gym, bum would be taught as a drum, but stay a slightly curved surface. Crunches til I ached - tummy always slightly rounded (sometimes rounder than other times ).

Meh! I'm good now.

That sounds like a great class! I need to find one like that.

I think that's part of it. I would have to increase my caloric intake to make my glute muscles larger, but the natural fat distribution of my body means that I don't store a significant amount in my rear, and the excess makes my waist disappear. That's genetic. Some women can get heavier and they get curvier. I get less curvy, so I have to stay lean.
