While the idea of six dudes including ATJ, Jake Gyllenhaal and maybe Tom Hardy running a train on Tom Holland's ass is certainly appealing, I don't trust Sony to do it right.

They legally can't make a solo Spidey movie (at least a Peter Parjer one) alone so Kevin Feige will surely have his input too, and a movie with Marvel Studios logo on it will help both studios

They absolutely can legally make Spider-Man movies without Marvel, they have the rights. It's just that if they do they will end their agreement with Marvel to share characters (which is not legally binding).
