Even though we see his beauty, he may have his own insecurities that tell him that he doesn’t look the way he wants too or that he can look better..
On a live story he published, he was chating with another guy from Venezuela in Spanish and the both were discussing about their COSMETIC SURGERIES on their noses and how the process was. The other guy was giving Abel advices about how to have a good recovery and said that he hopes that Abel surgery gives him a better look than his because he wasnt pleased with the way it ended. So yes, Abel went to the have a nose job just because he needs to feel more beautiful with himself.

obviously i want to see more of that ass and hopefully his hole... but can someone do a split screen of before and after of his nose? i cant really tell...
