Hi!
I'm new on this forum. My interest is how to have healthy strong penis and good sex for years in a future as I have quite long penis - what do you know about problems with erection in the old age? Who thinks that men with long phalluses are at high risk to be impotent in the old age? Now I am 33 and OK in this regard, but do not know how long :) I want to be active for many years.

everything he^ said... but also- be prepared... genes play a major role... you can eat healthy and be healthy, and still your genes may result in clogged arteries and/or a decline in the Nitrous Oxide pathways that regulate erectile function.
There are people who never exercise and eat badly- who suffer Zero cardiovascular compromise- because of a handful of genes.
And there are people who are fitness nuts who still drop dead at a young age of a heart attack or stroke.

If you've got bad genes... exercise and a healthy diet and weight Can lessen the impact of those genes but it isn't going to turn them off.

But if that happens to be the case- Cialis and other drugs are out there to try and restore normal nitrous function. And because those drugs turned out to be such huge profit centers... drug companies are continuing to find research into even better methods of maintaining full function into old age. So by the time you get there, the options may be vastly better.

Nobody knows.
You may eat healthy, stay slim, get lots of exercise and one day you get cancer or a heart attack...
I think erectile dysfunction is one of the minor problems by getting older and mostly a side effect of something more serious.

Thanks a lot. I try to deepen my knowledge on that. I eat healthy, drink water as much as I need, am physically active and have thin adipose tissue. I like apples. I have to take care of cardiovascular health.

It is silly to assert that good diet and exercise have NO long term impact on health and longevity. True, there are no guarantees, but we can improve our odds greatly.
Back to the original post. For general penis health, a moderate regime of kegels can never go wrong. Ejaculating at least 3 times a week also is good for you. And, even more important than any physical practice is to have a healthy, loving and passionate relationship with a great person.
