First, congrats on your success so far. Hopefully you can pull some inspiration from my post... I've skimmed through the thread and read you're now weight lifting; which will help to fill out the loose skin depending on the muscle built. Going off your pics and what a friend of mine accomplished with aid of lap-band surgery and consistently lifting; his chest looks fake (i've witnessed several ask to touch it to see if it's real) and though he did have the excess skin situation it was far worse than your pictures show but he had a six pack under the skin. You look very tall (in the 6 ft to 6'4 range) and have a nice frame to carry a little extra muscle weight if you choose to go that route.

Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Great cock and weight loss results but the real important think here is that you have taken control of your life. Great job and keep it up!

^ I definitely have taken control, a totally differant person then the person I was a few years back, internal and external changes all around.

and @onyx

I am 6ft 4

Hearing stories like that always helps keep me inspired to keep it up, transformations are certainly possible, congrats for him, I have known a few friends of family etc who were huge and made some great strides with lap band although they had a bad mindset about food and excercise sadly.

When I was in my early 30's I had a stressful job and put on over 100 pounds. For years I had been fit but worked 120 hours a week and ran myself into the ground. I developed Type II diabetes and high blood pressure. My feet started turning purple. A normal airplane seat belt wasn't long enough. I couldn't shop in the regular clothes section anymore. The big one: I looked and felt like shit all the time.

I started losing with portion control and walking 5-10 miles a day as briskly as I could. I lost 40 pounds this way. I went back to eating vegetarian and then vegan which melted the pounds away. An extra bonus to going vegan: a lifetime of debilitating migraines suddenly vanished. I did gym workouts, body boarding, hiking and still lot of walking. And of course portion control. When my weight loss hit a stall, I went on a 3 month produce fast. It was only difficult the 1st 3 days and I wasn't starving. I felt awesome. I have SO many tips, tricks and ways I changed my life that it would be a novel if I wrote them here. Big ones: portion control, being present while I eat (not eating a driving, eating and walking), eat lots of produce and few processed foods, eat slower and drink tons of water. Yes, I pee a lot. For exercise I prefer walking outdoors, surfing, body boarding and hiking to the gym as I don't think prolonged gym workouts are sustainable for most people. I still do it but not religiously.

In the end I lost over 100 pounds over an almost 5 year period. Miracle: my diabetes is completely gone. High blood pressure gone. My vitals are so good at my last physical, the nurse said "you should put these on your refrigerator." I'm a 200 pound man and just today someone was giving me unsolicited diet advice to "lose those few extra." I'd be in sizzling shape if I lost about 12 more pounds but I don't think about it unless a well-meaning person gives me unsolicited advice. I'm happy with who I am.

^ hmm wow that must have been a hell of a stressing time, office job type?

I am very happy to hear it has been so beneficial to you, drinking water is definitely something I think most people could improve on and being aware while eating is certainly a positive I try to follow as well, hey feel free to give out any tips I am always looking and I'm sure many are.

Ha well that is pretty inspiring really, to have your vitals in such perfect condition clawing back from all that, people will always try and give advice in their ways for good or bad reasons but overall in something like your case are probably just jealous of someone who has made that life change, I know I get conversations where people or those I used to know who are still stuck in their old bad ways usually try to put me down in some way related to weight loss although it's still a journey
