It’s well-known that for (most) men, if one abstains from orgasm, when you do cum, your orgasm feels stronger, and just feels better, vs say, a daily orgasm.

Does the same hold true for women?

If you don’t cum for awhile, when you finally do, is it stronger?

No it definitely doesn't work like that for me, I become mega moody tbh.
The last time I went without sex for any length of time was when my husband and myself caught a really nasty viral bug from a holiday in Africa, it was terrible and we were both so ill for weeks sex just wasn't an option. When we were well enough again that first time was quite uncomfortable tbh and painful taking it deep, took a couple of times to get back to normal!
