SLAVIC.

i lose it every single time. i'll never forget this czech guy at a gay bar walking up and whispering in my ear, "i whunt to leek you POOHSY." oh, my GOD. i think i still might be in love with him a little bit!

i like a scottish dialect, and a south african dialect works as well. i've been with so many latino men that the spanish accent doesn't work on me anymore. :(

I have a thing about Slavic men anyway...especially Serbian (Peja Stojakovic, for one... ) Actually - I have to laugh over this, the World Basketball Championships were televised one year and I taped the Yugoslavian national team's game so I could look at Peja Stojakovic. Then I saw one guy on the team who was even better looking! They were all hot, though! I'd love to look at them and hear their accents (ok not JUST look and listen! )

All accents make me cream. Irish, Brittish, Aussie. all the variations? Jesus. I have trouble holding voice conversations because of the tremble factor.

I've been so busy lately my sex life has just stalled out. So a nice aussie friend of mine calls me from time to time to leave me voicemails.. Something nice to listen to for my 'private time'. Now if i could just get some irish or brittish voiceclips....

Im shameless

Southern or Midlands English accents or Italian/Spanish are sexy in different ways. The English accents sound quite prim and proper that make it even hotter when they talk dirty while the Italian/Spanish just sounds fiery and full of passion.

Hi girls, was just wondering what sort of accents you liked in guys? and why? : )
(not to sway your votes but i have a northern irish accent, which im guessing not many of you have heard!?)

Northern Irish accents are just about the hottest thing I've ever heard.

I also have a soft spot for German accents, a few more from Great Britain, and South African. And more. I just can't think of any at the moment.

I love this topic as I debate it with my female friends all the time. Most females love an accent, no doubt. But it is always sexy european accents....

I always joke that Hollywood needs to cast more chinese leading men, so chinese accents will be sexy... That'll be the day!!

I had an ex with a slight Korean accent that came out more when we were in bed. I thought it was sexy. Very, very, very sexy.

Of course I don't have an accent....i'm english......this is how words are supposed to sound, when pronounced properly

*quote from posh english comedian Jimmy Carr.

I like hearing Irish and Jamaican accents. It's not necessarily a turn on for me I just like the way they sound.

In no particular order: Southern American, Irish (care not about north or south), Scottish (as long as I can understand them! lol), German, Australian. Mostly Irish & Scottish, though. I'm pretty much an accent-whore.

no one down for a southern draw?

damn. that's too bad.

Oooh, me! :biggrin1:

I don't have an accent fetish, as a language major and teacher I think all languages have a certain charm. I often also have to correct students' pronunciations of American English so that takes the thrill out of it.

Having said that, I do like the way a Cuban accent sounds, or Brooklyn/Bronx accent. Mmmm, the thought of a hunky Italian American Brooklyn native growling, "Fuck you," gives me delicious shivers. Sometimes the whispery breathlessness of a shy Asian woman speaking English is very charming too. Lastly, Sean Connery's Scottish accent is very sexy; but is it the man or the accent?

I don't know about other places but all American and Canadian women swoon at thick Indian, Chinese and other miscellaneous dark skinned (non African)/3rd world accents. In that order.

well im scottish ladies! , but as someone said before, theres many accents in britain. although id assume they were english, and it really isnt thought of as northern and southern scottish accents, its more, northern(not called that but you get me) east coast and west coast.
as for accents on girls, dont really do anything for me

British. Australian. Scottish. Irish. American. Portuguese. Accents are cool. I haven't a favorite though. I think the timbre of a man's voice is what does it for me.
