Achieving a bear physique

Hey everyone! 18m here, I'm looking to start working out. Currently I'd say I'm a cub, I don't have much muscle, have extra body fat, and I'm pretty hairy. I want to get a bear physique, I assume gaining muscle while maintaining weight will be enough?

I'm honestly completely new to all of this, so some help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

Comes in many shapes and sizes, but if you're hairy all around and don't shave it's kind of a natural evolution. I'd say definitely train and just let time build you up, you'll get there. Don't worry so much about the weight, if you pack muscle your weight will increase unless you have a lot of excess fat you're shedding (muscle is heavier than fat), at your age unless you have a BMI of 30 worrying about weight might end up creating more issues than it solves

More importantly, learn to love who and what you are regardless. And have fun!
