Acne (/spot) On Base Of Dick (nasty Photo Warning)

So I’m looking for tips that will help heal this bad boy. There was a lot of pus under the skin a couple of days ago and it was very painful (I get them a couple of times a year). It looks just like any other spot. (Defo not an STD)

So I gave it a squeeze to get the goo out, but it’s so sensitive.

Any tips, boys? (.....and girls of course)

Looks like a hair follicle to me. Nothing gross looking to me

I’m not a doctor... triple antibiotic ointment on it for a couple of days should take care of it.

Ingrown hair. Pull the hair out, puss will follow. Clean with hydrogen peroxide. Should be good in a day or 2.

Ingrown hair. Warm pack, gentle pressure, pull out the hair, again gentle pressure to drain the abscess. Peroxide, Polysporin, not neosporin, ointment twice daily. If the redness worsens or the local skin gets "thicker", off to the doctor's.
