I mean there is nothing definitive saying its Adam in that really short clip. We don't know context. No explanation why the video is so short. Can't see Adam's face entirely. Don't know whose is being sucked. The one video where he's supposedly having some sort of sexual experience just happens to be something that doesn't show him dead on is just a little suspect.
