I haven't watched this specific Adam Sandler vehicle yet, but I'm very amused by Deno's questions.

He explains a scenario that I find funny, then asks "can anyone please tell me the significance of the over sized bulge on his character."

OK Deno. It's comedy. It's funny. It's not drama. It's not an action flick. It's not a horror movie. Adam Sandler is a comedian. The movie is a comedy. I've seen a photo of Sandler's ultra-huge bulge and it's funny. Get it?

wow, if you actually saw the movie you'd wonder too. How can you even respond like that if you didn't see the movie. There is one in ever bunch. Get it?

Sandler to me is like many other comics - stuff from what I call Jerry Lewis syndrome, he doesn't seem to know when enough is enough and has to keep mugging long after the laughs have died down. For me just about the only comic who can go on endlessly is Robin Williams and there have been times when, for me, even he's been awfully close to reaching my limit of tolerance. But in addition to Sandler it seems like there's a whole batch of SNL alumni with limited talent that seem to go on and on (Martin Short, Dana Carvey, David Spade, etc.)

God I loathe Jerry Lewis in all his forms. I forced myself to watch an episode of Password from the early 60s and he was rude and loud and couldn't bear to not be the center of attention. He's remarkably unfunny in just about every way I can imagine. I can't think of one single routine in which he's actually funny.

Sandler's OK in my book, though not brilliant. He does have some funny moments.

Yeah, I don't get the Jerry Lewis thing. For me, he became even harder to tolerate when he got into his 'serious, caring, look at all he does for the children, MDA mode'.

Adam Sandler is a comedian ?? When was the last time he was funny?

I actually enjoyed him in "the Zohan" and "the Wedding Singer", actually.
But I can see why he annoys people and I would never be able to watch more then one of his movies in a short period of time.

There is actually a nude ass shot of him in a movie he did where he is on the beach.
Not sure which one, but I'm on it to find out! He has a really nice thick ass!
