Hey everyone,

So I was looking into getting one of those douche systems that you can hook up to the shower (like the Clean Stream one or something). A couple of reviews unfortunately said that they're not good for using with electric hot water systems. I'm also not sure I can attach it to the shower head I have (picture attached).

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do? Or can I attach something to the tap on the bath (picture attached)? Keep in mind I'm renting, so anything I do will need to be something I can easily take off again for inspections etc.

I have one of those cheap handheld douches, but it's quite tedious, so was hoping to get something better, then I can bottom with more confidence ;)

Go to the hardware store or Amazon etc, buy a baby/pet hand shower that attaches to your bath tap. The better ones have a screw clamp on the attachment end to prevent it from coming off too easily.

Cut the shower head part off. The water pressure will be strong enough that you won't need to insert it inside. Only use cold or body temp water.

Good luck! With the rapid flow, just make sure you don't over fill. If you get too much water in your upper colon you can end up triggering your bowel and the consequences can be quite unpleasant and explosive!
