So here listen. I'm extremely dedicated to working out due to this quarantine. Started about 2 weeks ago. I really want to bodybuilder with strength.

I stand 6'6" at 220lbs...I really want to gain atleast 20 pounds. I have no idea about really anything outside eating alot and consuming whey...

Just started benching about 160lbs at 10 reps a day. Been curling 55lbs multiple times a day at 10 reps each. Situps are at about 40-50, and pushups are at about 15-20. I'm desperate to increase those by double.

My routine consists of cereal or oatmeal, and some fruit in morning. Lunch is usually chicken, protein shake, and two ham, turkey, and cheese sandwiches. Dinner is another protein shake on top of usually pasta, steak, or salmon and asparagus. Then another protein shake as a dessert

The protein powder I've been using is Six Star whey cookies and cream. Two scoops are projected to be 64grams of protein.

As of now, I have figured out what I could do for legs or cardio.

Who can help me? Again I want atleast 20lbs of gain, including muscle building and strength training. Goals are to be 250, and able to bench 200+
