Hi, i am 18 years old and currently 6.5 x 4.75 erect. I am not so much interested in increasing length as I am in girth. What is the best and fastest way to increase my girth. I would like to be about 5.25 to 5.5. Any thoughts about increasing length would also be helpful.

For exercises that focus more on girth than length you may want to look into ulis, clamping, and erect bends, with the last two being more advanced techniques that really should only be used by someone used to PE exercise. I reccomend you start with jelqing, but talk to some folks on some of the free forums like ThundersPlace or PEForums.
