Is there any good tips/programs to build a muscular aesthetic physique like down below?
I'm already in decent shape but I'm trying to get closer to THIS. Any help is welcome. This thread was also made for others wanting the same thing
What is decent shape? Are you already about that guys size with just a little extra body fat? You gotta come up in muscle mass? Do you workout? What's your current training routine look like?

I' not too close to him in muscle size but I do have a bit of muscle underneath a sheet of fat. Yes, I do have to come up in muscle mass and my training routine is a upper/lower body 4 day split but I've been trying to upgrade to at least 5 days.
Naturally it’s gonna take you a while (Years) to attain that shape. Or you could take steroids and will happen quicker. You still will have to train consistently though.
