Go to the Dr if you are concerned. If you have a male Dr all the better. Another man will easily understand how sensations can cause erections as I'm sure he has had some of those moments at one time or another too. If your doc is older as opposed to a newbie straight out of med school that will surely mean he has experienced this happening before.
