    Hey guys.

    Allow me to explain my "dilemma":



    I've always jurked off alot. That's nothing unusual 4 me, since I've always had a high libido.

    But 2 years ago I decided to try P.E. (thats penis enlargement) to add a little length and girth (I'm 8 inches long, but lucky if im even average girth).

    The first pills I tried were Extagen. I believe I used them for about 4-6
    months, and the exercises I did (not very well from what I remember), only included wet jelq and basic stretching (both in the shower). I never did any warm up or warm downs.

    Here's a list of the ingredients:

    L-Arginine, Yohimbe Extract (Pausinystalia yohimba)(bark), Maca Extract (Lepidium meyenii) (root), Catuaba, Muira Puama (aerial), Nettle (leaf), American Ginseng, Korean Ginseng, Siberian Ginseng, Zinc (oxide) Gluconate-200% DV


    In the end, I gained some girth, but after I stopped doing the exercises, it went away.

    Then about 9 months ago, I tried again. This time with Prosolution Pills.

    I took those for about 3 months, and I'd list the ingredients for them too, but I can't seem to find them listed online (I seem to remember them not having Yohimbe, but mostly everything else Extagen had, maybe better quality?)


    Anyway, I def. noticed girth gains this time, having done the exercises better, (still in the shower), with time for warm up and warm downs.

    But again, after the pills ran out, I stopped doing the exercises shortly thereafter.

    Then I remember 1 weekend at home, having already stopped P.E. about a week before, masturbating like 3+ times in 2-3 days or more. I distincly remember kegelling while jurking off (hard). And I remember, shortly thereafter, seeing the head of my penis being bigger, but the shafter slightly shrunken. And it lasted like that for quite some time (months). I was afraid for awhile that I did some vascular damage maybe...

    It's pretty much normalized now, but recently i've started masturbating more frequently (1-2 times a DAY), and from what I've heard, I'm afraid this might be killing my size in a way by wasting all the nutrients and stamina.

    I still want to maximize my potential, but dont wanna waste like an hour almost every day of my life doing exercises just to get gains. I doubt I wanna drop 40 bucks a pop on pills, and I already take a daily multivitamin.


    Basically my question can be summed up like this:


    1.) Can any combinationof jelqing/stretching/kegelling cause scar tissue? And if so, can that effect size? And if THATS true, how can I remedy that?

    2.) Is eating healthy and staying in shape vital to gains and penis health in general?

    3.) Any advice on gaining girth in general?

    4.) What's a safe number of times to masturbate per week (or edge for that matter), without overdoing it?

    5.) Last but not least, any particular nutrients or vitamins that are particular for penis health -- like L-Arginine?

    The bottom line is:
    1) There is no proven method to enlarge your penis, length or girth, that works for everybody. Some people are able to acheive permanent gains in size, some aren;t.
    2) Diet and excercise will improve your penis health, because it willimprove your whole bdy health. When you feel better, your erections and sexual performance improves, as a matter of course.
    3) Your penis will tell you when you are masturbating too much, because it will be too sore to touch, or you won;t be able to get an erection. If you are getting friction sores, use some form of lubrication. Otherwise, enjoy yourself and your toy.

    I think this pretty much covers it.

    to answer ur first question yes it can if u dont kegal--and do warm ups enough--its gd to warm up even if ur not gettin into a pe session

    eating gd-getting lots of rest and working out is good for pe--pe is all about warm up-dedication and excellent blood flow.If u smoke quit(i gained while smoking--but would of had better gains if i didnt)

    well for girth drink plenty of water like a gallon a day-dry jelque--build a solid routine--start off by not settin numbers but a time for instance jelque for 45 min on mon and then try to 500 the next day at a very slow pace.The slower u jelque the better the work out.If ur dick is shribbled up after a routine u know u had a gd work out--just dont push to hard--u know ur body's limits

    ur not gonna like the answer to this question--if ur gonna jerk off or fuck try not to cum.Its hard as hell-and i believe i went half damn crazy trying this but it helps and makes ur dick feel explosive when ur use to cummin everyday and space it out maybe every 2 3 days

    Jelqing and stretching can cause scar tissue if not done properly. This could cause size issues but more in the ability for gains. If you are trying to gain size at all make sure you are doing all exercises properly. The point is to gradually stretch the ligs around the base of the penis for length and gradually overfill the tissue in the shaft for width.

    2.) Is eating healthy and staying in shape vital to gains and penis health in general?

    If you are doing intense PE workouts you should increase your protein intake to help with cell repair. Other than that a proper diet and healthy lifestyle helps in all aspects of life.

    3.) Any advice on gaining girth in general?

    PM me what you have been doing. I am now close to 6' girth. I know not huge but I am not complaining!

    The penis and other muscles used in maintaining an erection are no different than any others. They need some rest to perform at their best. As far as an exact number it is hard to say. I wouldn't PE any more than 4 times a week. As far as self lovin goes I have no idea.

    I am not an MD but I would take a look at what is good for the prostate.

    DONT JELQ/KEGEL/STRETCH

    i started doing those like a month ago, and i only did it for like a week, and now i dont really get hard at all looking at porn, i have to force it hard or whatever, and it doesnt really stay hard

    i think it is because i damaged my blood vessels or something

    i hope this isnt permanent

    someone please tell me how to fix this

    1. Proper warmups along with good workout routines are necessary to prevent scar tissue.

    2. Eating well will always help.

    3. Gaining girth is all about jelqing. Read up on anything u can find regarding good jelqing routines.

    4. and 5. Old rule of thumb was not to jack and cum two hours before or two hours after a workout. I would suggest that u consider limiting ur cumming to 3 to 4 times a week. and see what happens.

    My gains were done with hard workouts and multi vits. No penis pills here.

    It takes time man, but the results are well worth the effort.

    Any workout requires time and patience. Every workout should include a set goal to improve motivation as well as a follow-up plan - what's the word? - maintenance program. Am I saying you have to have a Microsoft Access database of information regarding your Johnson? No. I am saying that there is a strong possibility you are masturbating entirely too much. Like a few of the others said, there is that which works differently for every person. My advice, though I think advice an easily corrupted thing:

    1) If you must masturbate, limit yourself to 2-4 times a week.
    2) There is nothing wrong with exercises (jelqing, stretching, kegels, etc.) if done in the right combination for the right person. Experiment.
    3) Develop some sort of program that sets clear goals, ie. "This combination isn't working. Time for a change. Do I want to include this is my maintenance program? Does this fit my time restraints? etc."
    4) Overrall health improves penile health. I have no idea why you are taking pills. Pills expand your potential erection over the course of a given time. THAT'S IT!!! Once the pills are done, so are your results. There's the strong possibility that if you were practicing dual-method PE that there would be some gains, but none that could be clearly measured while on whatever it is that you were taking. Hit the gym. A simple multi-vitamin and high protein diet is a good idea. So is rest. PEing breaks cells to reform either with larger than they were or with the ability to hold more nutrients and fluids. Drink water.
    5) I want to thank everyone for you, not to say you wouldn't. :) The advice given was great and varied. No matter what happens do what feels good for you. It sounds like you have a nice and more than average length. I wouldn't risk that. Good luck.
