I notice as I get older my morning erections were few and far between. And I notice while I still get hard they would go down quickly after shooting. So I started to exercise. At first 3 times a week and then increased to 5 days a week. Sometime 6 days. I now notice I get morning erections and they seem to be harder. Of course nothing like I when I was 18. And of course this didn’t happen after a month of exercising, it’s been like 6 months plus of exercising that I noticed the changes.

Also eating better has also helped!

Anyone else here notice changes in their erections from exercising?

I've noticed about the exact same thing as the OP. But in my case nothing has changed with exercise. I've been doing it for last 10 years or so 5 to 6 days a week and 5 days a week I workout twice. Lift around noon and cardio in the evening.

I have read posts from so many guys that their erections weren’t so good and then they started an exercise routine and saw great improvement. I have been exercising every other day for years and my erections just continue to get worse.
