I notice as I get older my morning erections were few and far between. And I notice while I still get hard they would go down quickly after shooting. So I started to exercise. At first 3 times a week and then increased to 5 days a week. Sometime 6 days. I now notice I get morning erections and they seem to be harder. Of course nothing like I when I was 18. And of course this didn’t happen after a month of exercising, it’s been like 6 months plus of exercising that I noticed the changes.
Also eating better has also helped!
