34 of the top 42 Al Queda leaders have been exterminated. The group is low on cash and low on leadership.

Looks like their days may be numbered.

There is a reason why military intelligence is an oxymoron. Military men have little ability to empathize with others and likewise have little ability to anticipate their enemy's actions. It's the military equivalent of basically looking under the streetlamp for your car keys just because the light is good. The fucking keys are across the street where there is no light, but the drunk continues to look under the street lamp because that is the only place where they can see. The drunk will NEVER find his keys looking under the street lamp and we will never reduce terrorism by "waging war" against it.

It's a Punch and Judy show while they lift our wallets and go through all of our communications.

The war on terror is largely so that rich men can line their pockets and governments can increase their abilities to control their populations.

Organizations like Al Queda are 100% reliant on the strength of their leadership. If the West is creating more enemies amongst the Iraqi civilians, they are about as much threat as a class of pre-schoolers if they don't have a resourceful and effective leadership.

The leadership arranges for the financing, training, planning and strategizing. Thirty-four of forty-two of the leaders have been destroyed - that's 80%.

Their capabilities to wreak large-scale destruction are fading away quickly. Their army of soldier-rank terrorists are effectively helpless without funding and regimented training and a coordinated leadership effort.

We won't be hearing much from or about Al Queda ever again.

an organisation is not the word i'd use to describe this loose entity of Radical Islam. we know barely anything of its structure, the most we know is of the flows of money, but identifying the transferring with known no access point is impossible; think of every internet cafe in a city like New York, London, Jakarta, Delhi, or Damascus.
It's a global movement, its not organised like most fringe terrorist organisation of yore, top down. we know for one it's not organised like that, and because of its very decentralised nature no matter how many leaders they kill, cells still can take orders, act of their own autonomy, and remain hidden.
If it were something there would be over 15000 people working on it in the FBI alone let alone every other defence force around the world with fears over the non-state actor.
