After reading all the good things about Albolene, I decided to buy some. Walgreens AND Kroger were both out of it, so I assume it must be good Lol... I found some at CVS. Going to try it out tonight. I normally use Astrogliude, but I'll try something new. I'll report back tonight.

I have Albolene available to use on the days when I decide to have a long edging session. Otherwise I'm a dry jacker. But I have an Albolene question of a different kind. Has anybody had any amusing experiences when they bought it? I'm curious if the sales clerks at the drug stores know how we are using it. Are we telling the checker that we are a professional jacker? Or on a simpler note, have the sales clerks ever wondered about all of the guys buying a cosmetic remover?

I've been using Abolene for about 2 years now. It's the best I've tried for a lube. I believe it contains mineral oil which I've tried and like as well. At least mineral oil is cheap. Olive oil is also great. It does feel different and wonderful in it's own way.
I think Abolene gets thinner as you use it not thickly feeling like vaseline. I don't get stange looks by the check out clerk. I usually get mine at Walgreens and yes they do seem to run out frequently. I would suspect their best customer is problem men.

I first learned about Albolene from a porn movie call "The Fine Art of Anal Sex" staring Marc Wallice and Erica Boyer. I don't recommend it. Albolene contains mineral oil, petrolatum paraffin, ceresin and beta-carotene. I don't think mineral oils and petrolatum paraffin is good for a vagina even though it does "rinse clean". best to use a water based lube for vaginal.

While it costs about $8 or $9 a jar it lasts quite a while, most of a year so it really is pretty reasonable. I bought a new jar last week and the male checkout clerk didn't give it a glance. He probably didn't know what it was used for.
