Daddy Brent and Amp Studios probably made a large donation to the Orange Country Police League to keep them out of jail.
I'm surprised they even got the sentence they did and feel it's more to set an example and precedent than anything else.

if you or I had done the same thing we would have been buried under the prison its un real how if you are rich then you get treated completely differently then you would if you were a regular person....I would respect them a hell of a lot more if they would post a video addressing this situation but they have just continued on like nothing happen

I highly doubt that. Not saying what they did wasn't stupid or could of ended badly, but I doubt anyone would of gotten anything more than they did and that's pushing it. I feel as though they pleaded guilty to be done and have everything over with probably before a trial date would of gotten set if they took it to court to have the charges dismissed.

I very much disagree with you....in the USA this kind of thing happens alllll the time when a celeb or a rich person does something bad they get a very small punishment or none at all
when a normal person that isn’t rich does the exact thing they get in massive amounts of trouble without any warnings here in the USA there is two different justice systems it’s sad but it’s true there is thousands of examples of this
Let's be honest they aren't the type of rich you are talking about...And I'm pretty sure they plead out bc the DA probably threatened to go with different set of charges. Pranks aren't illegal however I could imagine a conspiracy to kidnap charge or something in relation to what they did to the driver and some other bs which would probably be very hard to prove in court. Thus they ended up with a slap on the wrist not bc they rich or famous but bc the options of what could proven in court and them probably wanting it go way led to to the plea (cost way less money\time for everyone involved)
