Yes! its very user friendly! I got the whole year's worth. alex is moving it to a subscription base soon so if u plan on buying do the whole year or by parts.. little pricier (around north of $200 total for whole year).. I went from minimal muscle to lean/muscular in 1.5 months after his first plan. I would say its worth it but you dont really need a plan to get fit if u have your own routine, its more of just for accountability and motivation purposes lol.
