Watched the theatrical version. There's a good, decently-lit shot of his ass in the scene from the trailer where he has the gown removed. He's covering his genitals with his hands but you get to see the rest of his body. You don't see much in the sex scenes, they're shot in a way that makes it difficult to tell what's going on and who's who. The fight scene doesn't show much in terms of nudity, either. The exaggerated prop penis seen in that behind-the-scenes photo wasn't in this cut. Overall much more female nudity than male nudity.
