Although I can thoroughly enjoy what is being done to me in the attached photo, I don't believe it makes me gay. It's purely a physical, hedonistic, thing ... why shouldn't a man's lips feel as good on my cock as a woman's? To be sure, I find that a woman going down on me is inherently more arousing than when a man takes my cock in his mouth ... but the man invariably does a better job of it, so the two experiences tend to be about equal for me.
If I guy spends most of his time masturbating or fucking toys does that make him a "monosexual"? To my way of thinking you are gay if you get off on the whole male/male intimacy experience, you're straight if that kind of intimacy only works with a woman and you're bi if you can enjoy that level of passion with either sex. A man's enjoyment of an orgasm with another human being doesn't make him gay (if it's a man), or straight (if it's a woman) or bi (if it's a male/female couple) that he happens to be with ... it's just good, clean, sexual fun.
But I tend to agree with the original theme of this thread, that all men are gay, to the extent that I think all men are capable of enjoying the physical stimulation of their genitals and their mind regardless of which gender is stimulating them. The problem for most "straight" guys enjoying sex with another man is due more to the social mores and taboos that we've all grown up with than to any inherent incompatibility with sharing physical sexual intimacy with another of the same sex.
And for any of you guys out there that think I'm full of shit, just come out to the southwestern US and give me a try ... I think you might enjoy it.
