I think genitalia is something that everyone, especially Americans, obsess over because they are shrouded in secrecy and kept from "proper" everyday discussion.

Most everyone has them (genitalia) and it would probably be considered a little off to not be obsessed with your own or others genitalia.

Very interesting response...my thanks to all who've replied so far... 100% say "yes" that they are interested and 95% that they think all men are interested in other guy's cocks.
