Yes, but have you noticed that all we're getting is more old age. I would have liked a longer youth.

Given my family history, I probably have another 60 years left (maybe 70), going progressively downhill. But I won't get my youth back.

As far as this angst goes: I hope that the angst is receding and the healing has started. Scars last forever, but time heals all wounds. I find that the best way to honor somebody who has left you is to remember what made them such a good person. Keep that memory alive and they won't truly die.
