For as long as I can remember my semen, when left in contact with my skin for a few minutes, will cause a rather painful burning rash that takes several days to heal. This rash will commonly appear on the head of my penis or on my stomach - basically, where ever the semen ends up. At first I thought I just had sensitive skin. Now, however, I have now had four long-term sexual partners - and every one of them reacted in the same way. Fortunately, it does not seem to burn the inside of the vagina, but certainly the outside "mound", stomach, breasts, etc. It also burns when swallowed. These problems have been consistent throughout my entire life and with all my partners - sex usually leaves me pulling out and running to the bathroom quick to wash it off before the burn sets in. Hardly the romantic cuddling my girlfriend would prefer! What the hell is wrong with my semen? I have done extensive google research, asked my doctor, and confirmed my father did not have the same problem. I have also made significant, long-term changes to my diet and have not noticed a difference in burning, though I have succeeded in changing the flavor to better suit the varying taste of my lover. I have noticed that the pre-cum fluid that appears on the tip of my penis from extended periods of arousal does not seem to cause this type of burning, although perhaps there just isn't enough of it to do any real damage. Would getting a vasectomy solve this problem?
