It's about FOREPLAY! and getting the girl wet! If she's wet enough there's usually no problem, however I can say from my own experience that no matter the size of a guy's cock, she's got to be super wet in order to slide anything in, whether it's a typical LPSG guy, another man or the newest largest adult toy.
